This is a full-time, in-office position that requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and federal holidays to meet Business needs.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000 annually.

What you will do
- Designing new learning and training interventions and producing materials in accordance with the needs of the Business.
- Delivering effective training modules and presenting briefing sessions in line with industry regulations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials.
- Making recommendations for change to key stakeholders.
- Representing the Training department and acting as a point of liaison for dedicated departments.
