About the Role

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading the global customer training strategy, managing a distributed team of trainers, and owning content development and delivery across multiple languages. You will work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales teams to ensure our customers are empowered with the knowledge they need to adopt and succeed with Keeper’s platform.

You will own and optimize the customer learning journey through engaging adoption resources, instructor-led trainings, and scalable Learning Management System (LMS) programs tailored to various user personas and geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate, develop, and manage engaging adoption and enablement content for end users, admins, and technical audiences
  • Own the lifecycle and maintenance of content hosted in Keeper’s LMS, ensuring onboarding modules are always up-to-date and localized
  • Lead and scale a global training team, driving strategy, execution, performance metrics, and professional development
  • Coordinate translation and localization of training content in alignment with Keeper’s multilingual product availability
  • Establish and maintain a scalable process for delivering live and asynchronous training experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content with product updates, support trends, and customer needs
  • Define and monitor success metrics for training engagement and effectiveness
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in training tools, delivery methods, and learner outcomes

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer education, training, or instructional design within a SaaS or technology company
  • 2+ years of experience managing a global training team or enablement function
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining LMS-based training programs (e.g., Docebo, SAP Litmos, or similar)
  • Strong background in content creation for diverse audiences and learning formats (written, video, interactive)
  • Experience working with multilingual training delivery and content localization
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for customer enablement and education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

  • Instructional design certifications (e.g., CPLP, APTD, or ATD)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT/SaaS product environments
  • Experience in knowledge management platforms and video-based learning
  • Background in adult learning theory or user adoption strategies
