Adapt an existing training model to site operations, build competency frameworks, own onboarding, LMS and learning analytics, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to measure training impact and support workforce growth from ~150 to 600+ employees.
Butcher Power Products (BPP) designs and manufactures mission‑critical and industrial power solutions for essential infrastructure nationwide. Headquartered in Sacramento, CA, our teams collaborate closely across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to build reliable, high‑quality systems and take pride in delivering work that truly matters.
Position Summary
Butcher Power Products is experiencing significant growth and is establishing its first formal Training Department to support workforce readiness, operational excellence, employee development, and long-term growth.

The initial focus will be creating hands-on training programs that improve new hire readiness, promotion readiness, frontline supervisor capability, safety performance, quality outcomes, and overall workforce effectiveness.
