Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess training and implementation needs for customers and internal staff.
- Develop and deliver engaging product training through live, online, and on-demand formats.
- Create and maintain implementation materials across multiple platforms, including LMS content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of products and features.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent on-line and in-person presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Disability/Assistive Technology related field is required.
- Has a working knowledge of Accent, NovaChat, and iOS-based products.
- A minimum of 2 years working in the field of AAC or Assistive Technology is required.
- Possesses clinical knowledge and experience in the practice of AAC and maintains an ongoing connection to current AAC practices.
