Develop curriculum and content to make sure training is effective across the identified stakeholders on modifications and/or enhancements scheduled for release, framework integration items, governance processes and other identified items. Maintain training materials.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum for large-scale Enterprise Case Management Systems
- Prepare lesson plans and develop other training materials including desk aids, handbooks, infographics, etc.
- Training-related administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, facilities, training calendar release, and participant registration and tracking
- Convert in-person training materials into webinars, videos, or e-Learning modules as needed
- Work with the e-learning developer to create standalone training modules and videos
- Conduct course evaluations, analyses, and recommendations for improvements
- Conduct training needs assessments, by user role and provide recommendations
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with commonly used training/learning and development concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to quickly learn and deliver training on large-scale government eligibility or case management software systems
- Skilled at delivering training to adult learners on government eligibility systems
- Ability to effectively present information clearly and concisely, and respond to questions from different user groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to compose training materials, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving
- Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task on competing demands and deadlines
- Work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and vendors
- Ability to work independently within the scope of responsibilities, and with a team
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Articulate, MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of “hands-on” training and curriculum development or related experience
- Experience with diverse training modalities such as live instructor-led, computer-based
e-learning videos, web conference webinar trainings, etc.
Desired Experience:
- Experience training end users to use large-scale government eligibility or case management systems
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Subject matter expertise and/or knowledge of government health and human service programs including TANF, Medicaid, SNAP, Child Care, Child Support, and Child Welfare

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $68,000 to $75,000 . In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below.
