Under general supervision, perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods. Coordinate and communicate with transportation companies.

- Handle routine questions and problems and maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle. (Essential)
- Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of goods. (Essential)
- Log order information onto the computer and files, and distribute paperwork as necessary. (Essential)
- Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other departments. (Essential)
- Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)
- Perform other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience, is preferred
Experience
- Two (2) to six (6) years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry. Three (3) or more years’ direct experience in the traffic department with air or van transportation required.
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations. Working knowledge of shipping and receiving documents and controls.
- Working knowledge of general policies and procedures.
- Strong Customer Relations skills.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
- Demonstrated teamwork and Organizational skills.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
