Job Description:

• Must have Experience and Knowledge in planning, working, coordinating tradeshows. 

• CTSM Certification preferred 

• A marketing or meeting planning certificate

• Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel 

• Must have knowledge of tradeshow industry and coordination 

• Must have organizational skills 

• Able to work in fast paced environment with administrative qualities 

• Knowledge of Oracle .

• Able to work independently or under management as a team member 

• Fast learner and eager to learn more 

• Opening POs and paying invoices.

• Must be proficient in Micro Suite

• May have to travel to work tradeshows, but will be based out of Costa Mesa, CA
