You will engage with stakeholders to ensure new businesses and trade flows work properly, and coordinate with technology for trade investigation and process improvements. Your work will directly impact the firm's operations and contribute to the wider community by ensuring accurate and efficient trade processes.

Job responsibilities
- Balance and reconcile all transactions processed through JPMS LLC
- Notify correspondents and trading desks of unmatched trades
- Resolve all suspense account breaks
- Monitor open fail-to-receive/deliver items for valid comparisons
- Review rejected transactions
- Assist stakeholders in updating/correcting trades upon requests
- Identify thematic issues and provide suggestions for improvement
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure new businesses and trade flows work properly for P&S
- Coordinate with technology for both trade investigation and process improvements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective, adaptable, and professional communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive in identifying areas of opportunity for improvement

- Two years of experience in finance operations
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of securities industry and operations (e.g., maturities, equities, fixed income, custody services)
- Ability to analyze a process and recommend ways to improve quality, control, and efficiency
- Educated to a Degree Level
