The Trade Desk Associate supports the Risk team by assisting with trade execution, monitoring market activity, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to compliance protocols.
We are Tradeify, a dynamic firm specializing in multi-asset trading powered by cutting-edge technology. Our core mission is to empower exceptional traders by providing significant capital and state-of-the-art data infrastructure.
We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Trade Desk Associate to join our Risk team, working closely with internal stakeholders across trading, risk, and operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level professional (0-2 years post-graduation) to immediately apply foundational analytical and technical skills to the real-time movement of financial assets, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sophisticated, data-driven trading strategies. The Trade Desk Associate serves as the essential operational bridge, helping teams ensure execution integrity, control risk, and optimize operational efficiency.
The Opportunity
- Trade Execution & Quality Control: Assist senior traders and analysts with the accurate entry, execution, and confirmation of daily orders across various trading platforms, and conduct timely post-trade reconciliation, proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies ("trade breaks") to ensure accuracy.
 - Operational Support & Reporting: Monitor real-time market/platform activity and system dashboards, quickly identifying and escalating any operational alerts or trade flow issues, while preparing and maintaining essential daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports tracking key metrics related to execution quality and system efficiency.
 - System and Data Integrity: Provide support for proprietary and third-party trading systems, troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex problems to the Technology team, ensuring all trade records and operational data are accurately recorded and comply with Tradeify's data governance standards.
 - Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere strictly to all internal compliance protocols, policies, and procedural documentation, assisting with collecting data for regulatory reporting requirements and escalating potential risk issues or trade errors to senior risk analysts immediately.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
 - Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail—essential for preventing execution and data errors in a high-volume environment.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) for operational data review and ad-hoc analysis.
 - Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to maintain professional composure and translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
 - Proven ability to be a proactive self-starter who is highly organized and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships in finance, trading, or operational support are highly valued).
 - Familiarity with financial market structure, trading concepts (e.g., P&L, latency), or industry-specific trading platforms.
 - Experience with ticketing/CRM systems or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
 - A demonstrated desire to learn and pursue relevant industry certifications (e.g., FINRA Series 3 or industry-specific certifications).
