What you'll do:
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement competitive compensation structures that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and internal equity.
- Benefits Management: Oversee the design and administration of comprehensive benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other ancillary benefits, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
- Incentive Programs: Design and manage incentive plans for corporate office and retail store employees, aligning rewards with performance metrics and business objectives.
- Policy Development: Establish and maintain Total Rewards policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as alignment with Chagee’s organizational goals.
- Mobility Support: Manage and support employee mobility programs, facilitating seamless transitions for employees relocating domestically or internationally, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to assess competitiveness of Chagee’s Total Rewards offerings, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of C&B professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and strategic implementation of Total Rewards programs.
- Communication: Develop and deliver clear communications to employees regarding Total Rewards programs, ensuring understanding and appreciation of the offerings.
Experience you need to be successful:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a focus on the retail sector; experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- North American Expertise: In-depth knowledge of North American C&B practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Incentive Program Design: Proven experience in developing and managing incentive programs for both corporate and retail environments.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) preferred.

The estimated total cash compensation for this position is $123,800 — $185,700, inclusive of base salary and estimated bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate and may vary depending on factors including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience, skills, education, certifications, overall qualifications, and your specific work location.
