The Opportunity
As a TMT Industry Strategy and Digital Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leaders by managing strategic initiatives and projects, representing their perspectives in meetings, and anticipating their future needs. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will coordinate leadership team calls and meetings, oversee research and data analysis, and promote consistent execution across sectors. This role involves collaborating across lines of service to enhance knowledge sharing and the use of technology and tools for sales and delivery.
As a Manager, you will lead teams with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the successful execution of projects, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach team members, leverage their unique strengths, and manage performance to meet expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations within the digital media and TMT industry
- Coordinating and organizing leadership team meetings and calls to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making
- Overseeing research and data analysis to support strategic planning and execution
- Promoting consistent execution across sectors by collaborating with various lines of service
- Utilizing project management skills to plan, budget, and execute projects effectively
- Encouraging team development by mentoring and leveraging team members' unique strengths
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and promote knowledge sharing
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members to maintain professional standards
- Validating data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the organization
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management,Data Processing/Analytics/Science,Economics,Analytics
- Demonstrating strategic planning and execution in digital media projects
- Excelling in project management and operational execution
- Embracing change and innovation in technology-driven environments
- Developing skills in analytical thinking and strategic questioning
- Utilizing creativity and intellectual curiosity to drive business solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
