About the role
- We are seeking a TMS Senior Coordinator to support and optimize our Transportation Management System (TMS). You will ensure system accuracy, manage master data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to stabilize and improve workflows. This role requires strong analytical thinking, process logic, and attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment.
What you'll do
- Maintain and validate TMS configurations to ensure accurate and smooth operations.
- Manage master data, including carrier profiles, rate tables, and routing logic.
- Troubleshoot and resolve TMS-related execution issues.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, and Operations teams to drive workflow optimization.
- Lead system enhancement rollouts, including testing (UAT) and release tracking.
- Provide training and guidance on TMS configuration standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in TMS configuration, routing, or transportation process management.
- Strong understanding of TMS functions, workflow mapping, and system validation.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other data tools a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
