NVIDIA is looking for a TMS Data Analyst with strong analytical skills to join our Global Supply Chain team. This position involves using our Transportation Management System together with other data capture and management tools (SAP, Data Bricks,etc) to improve global logistics, maintain data accuracy, and advance NVIDIA’s groundbreaking technologies. You’ll work at the intersection of logistics, data science, and automation—helping streamline transportation execution for some of the world’s most sophisticated computing platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and optimize transportation data in our TMS (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle OTM), ensuring accuracy across rates, lanes, and carriers
Monitor and validate incoming logistics data from EDI 214, 210, 110, and EDIFACT feeds to ensure its completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify patterns, reduce delays, and improve freight performance
Design and automate insightful dashboards and reports that tell a story behind every shipment
Dive deep into data to uncover cost savings, performance gaps, and new opportunities by taking ownership of data quality and proactively resolving inconsistencies.
Support system upgrades, testing, and user adoption with a hands-on approach
Contribute to logistics automation and innovation projects that fuel our growth
What we need to see:
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience working with TMS platforms and logistics data
Keen observation skills and a commitment to addressing challenges
Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau or Power BI
Good communication and collaboration skills—you know how to share data insights that drive action
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with global freight modes (parcel, LTL, TL, ocean, air)
Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments
Python or automation experience
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
