TITOL™ is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize digital D2C operations across all TITOL™ Shopify stores and other digital needs. This role requires deep Shopify expertise, strong technical and creative capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Environment:
In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.

What You'll Do

  • Shopify Operations & Site Management:
  • Manage all aspects of the Shopify backend: product setup, descriptions, imagery, tax codes, categories, warehousing, and shipping details.
  • Maintain and optimize store functionality using advanced Shopify knowledge, including troubleshooting and feature implementation.
  • Leverage proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related tools to support site updates, enhancements, and customizations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, GitHub, Figma, Photoshop, VPNs, and command-line workflows to support daily operations.
  • Inventory, Logistics & Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Track inventory across all SKUs and warehouse locations; coordinate reorders with production teams.
  • Communicate daily with 3PL and warehousing partners regarding shipments, stock changes, and new product/store launches.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to support image resizing, graphic asset creation, and the development of e-commerce launch strategies.
  • Assist in creating and executing digital marketing initiatives, including email and SMS campaigns.
  • Analytics, Optimization & Best Practices:
  • Generate and analyze Shopify data reports on sales, conversions, product trends, and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop insights and best practices based on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and accessibility standards (GDPR, CCPA-CRPA, W3C) and apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve digital challenges quickly.
  • Use an understanding of basic retail economics to support business decisions with performance-focused recommendations.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of e-commerce experience with significant Shopify expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals.
  • Experience with analytics, design, and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Photoshop, Figma, GitHub, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce, creativity, and data-driven decision making.
