Reporting to the Director, Creative, this role helps manage creative across multiple artist projects — coordinating deliverables, timelines, and collaborators to bring ideas from concept to reality. You’ll work closely with a wide network of freelancers, designers, and vendors, ensuring all creative output meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and cultural relevance.
Working Environment:
In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
What You'll Do
- Creative Project Management:
- Oversee day-to-day creative workflows across artist campaigns, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and approvals stay on schedule.
- Translate creative direction into actionable steps, clearly communicating expectations to designers and external partners.
- Maintain oversight of assets, ensuring they’re delivered correctly formatted, organized, and ready for production.
- Creative Coordination & Reference Building:
- Research and curate creative references to inform project briefs, mood boards, and decks.
- Assemble and refine decks and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.
- Support the Director, Creative in maintaining cohesion and visual consistency across projects and artist initiatives.
- Freelance Network Management:
- Manage existing freelance talent and identify new creatives to expand the network.
- Assign projects, oversee timelines, and review deliverables.
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and freelance collaborators.
- Process & Delivery Oversight:
- Build and maintain clear systems for file naming, asset storage, and version control.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet production requirements.
- Collaborate with production, e-commerce, and marketing teams to coordinate handoffs and final approvals.
- Cultural & Visual Fluency:
- Maintain a sharp awareness of music, fashion, and internet culture to keep creative direction current and resonant.
- Identify emerging creative trends, references, and collaborators to inspire ongoing work.
Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to balance and reprioritize needs in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to keep partners informed and aligned.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Familiar with the creative process from concept to final delivery, with an eye for design quality and detail.
- Culturally fluent and aligned with contemporary music and fashion trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of workflows and problem-solving.
