TITOL™ is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to support day-to-day digital D2C operations across all Shopify stores and related e-commerce initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Shopify experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment:
In-office 5 days a week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons. Very fast-paced and detail-driven environment, with a focus on problem-solving, managing multiple parallel projects, and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
What You'll Do
- Assist with setting up & maintaining Shopify product listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, etc.
- Support site updates, remerchandising and maintenance tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments.
- Help implement site enhancements using basic knowledge of Shopify tools and themes.
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure accuracy across content, product info, pricing, imagery, messaging, links and functionality.
- Log and escalate site issues or bugs to the digital team.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Figma, and Photoshop to support daily e-commerce operations.
- Provide occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches, site updates, or time-sensitive business needs.
- Provide administrative and operational support to digital team.
- Help track inventory levels across SKUs and support coordination with internal teams on restocks.
- Assist in communication with 3PL and warehouse partners regarding shipments and stock updates.
- Work with creative and brand teams to prepare information and support e-commerce launches, ensuring product information and assets are updated and accurate.
- Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives such as email and SMS campaigns.
- Pull and organize basic Shopify reports on sales, product performance, and site activity.
- Assist in identifying trends and sharing insights with the broader team.
- Help ensure site content aligns with privacy and accessibility guidelines.
- Support problem-solving efforts by flagging issues and contributing to solutions.
- Maintain internal trackers and documentation to support site operations workflows.
- Monitor site performance at a basic level and help identify issues or opportunities.
- Support testing and learning initiatives related to merchandising and site experience.
- Support multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to execute e-commerce initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and support ongoing improvements to processes and workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep timelines on track and flag issues early.

Who You Are
- 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, including hands on Shopify experience.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Figma, Photoshop).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and comfort managing multiple workstreams at once.
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and learning in a collaborative environment.
- Interest in how customers shop online and what makes a great digital experience.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
