What You’ll Do
- Talk with buyers, sellers, and outside escrow partners to collect required forms and contact information
- Check the FARR dashboard daily to make sure files are moving forward and not stuck due to missing info
- Follow up on missing details so reporting deadlines are met
- Answer questions from buyers and sellers about the FARR process
- Make outbound calls to sellers to confirm they know there’s an open escrow on their property
- Work closely with escrow officers, title officers, and assistants to gather FinCEN information
- Track updates and document progress in each file
- Stay organized, accurate, and on deadline in a busy environment

- Prior escrow or title experience

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
