Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team. We are looking for an individual to adhere to a Pacific/Mountain Time Zone schedule.
Job Responsibilities
  • Performs centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production
  • Communicates information and instructions to branch offices; limited to no interaction with customers
  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines
  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred

Experience
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$37,838.38 - $63,063.98 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
