About the Role

Angel City is seeking to connect with talented professionals for future Ticket Sales Account Manager opportunities to support the growth of Angel City FC’s fan base and ticketing department. Providing thoughtful, strategic product and experience opportunities to our fans is paramount to Angel City’s success.

When openings arise, this role is responsible for selling a full menu of ticket products and building strong, long-term relationships with ticket holders. This role reports to the Director, Ticket Sales and plays a key part in driving revenue and delivering positive fan experiences that reflect the Angel City brand.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you would be expected to:

  • Sell a full menu of ticket products, including season tickets, mini-plans, and group tickets.
  • Meet predefined sales and activity goals to achieve personal success while contributing to the organization’s annual revenue targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities through email outreach, direct phone contact, networking, and events.
  • Prospect and qualify potential sales opportunities across a variety of channels.
  • Make cold calls, attend charity and networking events, and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
  • Partner cross-functionally with other ACFC departments to deliver services aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify effective strategies to reach potential ticket buyers and drive positive engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong, dedicated relationships with ticket holders.
  • Diagnose customer needs during initial meetings or calls and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Generate new client business by closing sales and growing existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
  • Develop new client leads while maintaining a balanced sales pipeline with high conversion rates.
  • Work assigned events and games to support ticket sales and service efforts.
  • Track all customer interactions and notes accurately within the CRM system.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of game day experiences.

What We’re Looking For

We’re especially excited to meet candidates who bring:

  • Experience working in ticketing sales and service, preferably within professional sports, luxury, or hospitality.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • A history of positive relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating innovation and initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, schedules, and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team-player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City and the NWSL.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Archtics and Salesforce is ideal.

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position that pays $24 per hour, plus commission. Commission structure details will be shared during the interview process.
