Job Duties and Responsibilities
The User Acceptance testing team ensures a best-in-class user experience for agents by testing, maintaining, and improving application experience. Your team works closely with multiple business and IT stakeholders throughout project lifecycles from inception to production delivery to ensure all functionality fulfills business requirements and will not negatively impact the customer and agent experience. You and your team will be experts in end-to-end application functionality in order to properly design tests and manage incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of 6 analysts responsible for the front end testing, and optimization of the applications used in CXO: Axiom, Customer App, IVR, Chat, and others
- Capacity planning for enterprise and off cycle releases to support business needs
- E ngaging with our business and IT partners to e nsure alignment on timing and testing of all functionality being developed
- Proactively identifying and surfacing opportunities to improve applications, operations, communication, and team processes
- Support IT release days by keeping teams informed of incidents, validation progress, and joining bridges to help in resolving urgent issues
- Contributes ideas to the roadmap and vision for applications, in alignment with the broader department goals, and effectively communicates these strategies with CXO leadership and partners
- Collaborate with requirements writers to optimize user experience within the applications and ensure clarity for developers and testers
- Focuses on developing the team by providing challenging and stretching goals and assignments, holds frequent development discussions, and constructs and executes compelling development plans
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple application roadmaps
- Strong business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong executive-level communication skills (listening, written, verbal)
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment; can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
- Demonstrated success leading and building a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching and training
