The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril works across the entire spectrum of products and business lines, as well as all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test, we support it. Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to streamline travel logistics and oversee inventory management across our test sites. You will coordinate travel for internal teams, support test site operations, and manage inventory levels. What You’ll Do

Travel

  • Develop and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, including transportation, lodging, and on-site transfers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., test engineers, program managers, facilities operations) to seamlessly integrate travel plans with test events.
  • Maintain a centralized travel calendar, handle travel documentation, and manage expense reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and adjustments
  • Maintain comprehensive records of travel bookings and provide dashboards for analysis.

Inventory

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for test equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and restock items when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control of supplies.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Develop and enforce policies that streamline inventory processes.
Requirements
  • Travel Coordination Experience: Proven success in managing travel arrangements and scheduling in technical or testing environments.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Ability to drive between on-site locations and into town.
  • Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs overhead without support.
  • Flexibility & Collaboration: Comfortable supporting diverse operational tasks in both independent and team settings.
  • Travel: Up to 25%
  • Ability to immediately obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (or GED with at least two years of project management or operations experience).
  • Strong technical proficiency with business systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, AirTable, JIRA) and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • A proactive mindset paired with a strong customer service approach.
  • Preferred: Experience in travel arrangements and project scheduling.
US Hourly Range
$31$38 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
