We are looking for a Test Reliability Engineer to join us. As a Test Reliability Engineer, you will take ownership of automated test execution analysis and reliability within our R&D organization. This role is responsible for investigating automated test failures, determining their true root cause (product, test, or environment), and providing clear, structured insights that support release decisions and engineering execution. You will work closely with QA, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure that test results are accurate, actionable, and trusted.
- 2–4 years of experience in QA (Manual and/or Automation)
- Strong analytical and debugging capabilities
- Ability to read and understand code (any modern programming language), with knowledge of basic code and script writing
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of ownership and structured thinking
- Comfortable working across multiple R&D functions
Nice to Have
- Experience investigating intermittent or non-deterministic failures
- Experience collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams
- Exposure to large-scale automated test environments
