We are looking for a skilled CRM Implementation Consultant to join our growing technology consulting team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, configure CRM systems, automate workflows, and provide end-user training. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Gather and document client business requirements.
- Configure CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation.
- Import, clean, and migrate customer data.
- Create reports and dashboards for business users.
- Design and implement approval processes and business rules.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Train end users and prepare system documentation.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of CRM implementation or administration experience.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.
- Experience with data migration using CSV or Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Zoho CRM Administrator Certification.
- Experience with workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
