This field-based, quota-carrying role is responsible for new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts through face-to-face selling and strategic prospecting. You'll own your territory end-to-end, build long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment, with quarterly commission payouts tied directly to territory revenue and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and expand agent and customer participation in Realtime’s programs and services.
- Proactively identify and secure new business within the assigned territory through consistent prospecting and lead generation.
- Grow active participation by increasing product adoption and usage at existing Authorized Agent locations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Authorized Agents, store owners, managers, and staff to foster long-term loyalty.
- Regularly visit client locations to introduce new products, train staff, and promote sales opportunities.
- Maintain a “hunter” mentality—close deals while providing high customer service and support levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align field efforts with internal goals and deliver value to clients.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with agents, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase participation and revenue.
- Ensure all activity is accurately documented in the CRM system, including visit notes, performance metrics, and opportunities.
- Assist Finance with collections and support back-office processes as required.
- Provide timely and accurate weekly/monthly reporting on agent status, visit activities, sales performance, and participation trends.
- Adapt quickly to changes in market conditions, product updates, and scheduling needs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside or territory sales with a strong record of growing participation and driving results.
- Background in wireless, payment processing, retail distribution, or subscription-based services preferred.
- Proven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Self-starter who excels in high-pressure environments and can manage multiple priorities independently.
- Technically competent with PCs, hardware, and peripherals—capable of basic troubleshooting in retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Experience in merchants’ services or financial services is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Willing to travel quarterly by car or plane to remote territory locations.
- Consistent and dependable attendance is essential.
