We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships by servicing assigned accounts and delivering exceptional customer service. This role also supports branch growth by reinforcing sales management practices that enhance overall sales performance and profitability.
 
Compensation: 
  • 1st year base: 50k
  • 1st year additional compensation: 50k-70k
  • 1st year total comp: 100K-120K
  • 2nd year base: 50k
  • 2nd year and on: Uncapped Commission
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals in alignment with branch objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, including key accounts.

  • Present and promote new products, programs, and company capabilities.

  • Manage customer pricing, follow up on orders and inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Support branch growth by reinforcing sales best practices and contributing to sales planning and budgeting.

  • Monitor sales trends, product performance, and customer activity to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Inside Sales, Warehouse, and Credit to support customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate customer and territory information in Salesforce and internal systems.

  • Mentor and support other associates as needed while continuing to develop sales skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience required, territory or outside sales experience preferred.

  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience selling fuel or heavy-duty lubricants a plus.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and manage time effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Performance Measurements

  • Sales revenue and gross profit performance.

  • New account acquisition and account retention.

  • Customer satisfaction and feedback.

  • Strategic product sales.

  • Sales performance versus budget.
