Position summary
Red Rock pharmacy is seeking a motivated territory sales representative to join our growing compounding pharmacy team in Southern California. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding business within an assigned geographic territory.
Key responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
- Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote pharmacy services.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.
- Networking: Attend industry events, and community engagements to build professional connections.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing.
- Valid driver’s license with the willingness to travel both in and out of state. Approximately 40% travel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Proficient with excel, microsoft office and CRM software
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
