Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager's role is to provide account management, product sales, as well as

marketing support within the assigned territory and/or account responsibility for the Pro-Dealer Pool

Solutions group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development and support

of current customer base, marketing and sales follow-up, new account acquisitions and ongoing

sales growth within Solenis' Pool Solutions group covering the states of IN, MI and southern OH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for territory account development, sales and support with Solenis' dealer direct

pool and spa customers as well as support with distribution customers when necessary.

• Provide analysis of sales results to customers as well as Solenis management to develop

solutions that will grow sales within current customer base and new customers.

• Support retail customers by providing regular sales visits, training, and support to

achieve sales objectives.

• Maintain accurate and timely call reports utilizing Salesforce.com (SFDC) and report

back to management with key information acquired during sales visits.

• Recommend and provide marketing/product support as needed to the customer such

as promotional material, store displays and advertising support.

• Utilize MS Office, Tableau and other sales software programs to create presentations,

track market conditions and provide customer support and sales data.

• Attend and participate in local and/or national trade shows, local association groups,

and internal/external meetings to learn and promote the Solenis product line.

• Comply with Corporate, Group and Location policies & procedures.

• Additional duties as required by the Regional Sales Manager

Key Requirements:
 

• BS Degree in business or job-related discipline

• Minimum (3) years sales experience

• Knowledge and understanding of swimming pool and spa industry (preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analysis and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products

• Directly or indirectly reports and/or works closely with a senior sales person

• Travel in and around territory with approximately 40% overnight travel
