What You’ll Do:

Sales Growth & Territory Management

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

• Drive revenue growth by supporting distribution partners in identifying new business opportunities.

• Monitor territory performance and implement strategies to address gaps and maximize results.

Distributor Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned distribution partners.

• Provide ongoing support, training, and product knowledge to distributor sales teams.

• Conduct regular joint sales calls, branch visits, and business reviews with distribution partners.

• Assist distributors with pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities.

Strategic Execution

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, KAM’S and Customer Support) to ensure alignment of sales strategies.

• Execute product launches, campaigns, and programs within the distribution network.

• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Customer Engagement

• Support distributors in engaging end-user customers to drive demand and brand loyalty.

• Participate in customer presentations, trade shows, and local events as needed.

• Provide technical support and product recommendations to meet customer needs.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $83,500.00 and $116,865.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
