Why We Need You:
PEMCO is seeking a Territory Sales Enablement Manager to join our community. The Territory Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing programs, tools, and processes that empower PEMCO’s Community Agent channel to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving profitable growth. This role focuses on enabling agency partners through the PEMCO Partners Rewards Program, strategic initiatives, technology enhancements, and other engagement programs that strengthen relationships, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate revenue performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•    Develop and manage the PEMCO Partners Rewards Program and other enablement programs that enhance agency capabilities, including training, onboarding, and performance recognition initiatives that directly contribute to profitable growth.
•    Lead the evolution of the Community Agent digital platform, improving usability, self-service functionality, and overall effectiveness to support growth and profitability objectives.
•    Collaborate with Territory Sales managers and leadership to create best practice playbooks, align strategies, and ensure consistent execution across territories to maximize growth opportunities.
•    Monitor Community Agency partner performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies.
•    Drive engagement through events and communications, including partner meetings, webinars, and cross-functional meetings that foster collaboration and growth.
•    Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new agencies aligned with PEMCO’s values and growth objectives, ensuring they are positioned for success and profitability.
•    Participate as the subject matter expert with internal projects and initiatives focused on compliance, new products, and operational and customer experience improvements.
•    Provide project management to additional initiatives as business needs evolve to maintain competitive advantage and growth trajectory.
•    Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PEMCO's policies, values, code of ethics, and business conduct.
•    Authentically support the PEMCO Brand and are constantly on the lookout for top talent to join us to achieve our Mission to Worry Less and Live More.

What You'll Bring:
•    B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience (business or equivalent) is required
•    8+ years in channel enablement, sales operations, or independent agency management within the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
•    Proven experience in partner engagement, program development, and digital enablement strategies that drive profitable growth.
•    Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance industry trends, distribution models, and growth strategies.
•    Technology Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and familiar with digital tools/platforms for partner enablement.
•    Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to design solutions that address partner and customer challenges while improving profitability.
•    Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Project Management: Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•    Leadership: Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives with minimal supervision

Compensation:
The pay range for this role is shown below. Compensation decisions are determined based on an individual’s qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
•    Greater Seattle area target pay range: $140,768-$172,050. The full pay range is $117,307-$195,511.
•    Outside Greater Seattle area target pay range:$124,231-$151,837 The full pay range is $103,526-$172,542.
Greater Seattle Area is defined as working within approximately 100 miles of Seattle. Outside Greater Seattle is defined as working approximately 100 miles or more from Seattle.

Benefits:
Regular part-time PEMCO employees working at least 24 hours per week and regular full-time PEMCO employees are eligible to elect coverage under medical, dental, and vision plans for themselves and their eligible family members with generous employer premium cost shares. In addition, as a benefits-eligible employee, you are:
•    covered by employer-paid basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance policies as well as long- and short-term disability benefit coverages.
•    eligible to participate in PEMCO’s 401(k) plan, which includes a generous employer match (2 for 1 on the first 6% employee pre-tax and/or Roth deferral, up to federal maximums).
 

PEMCO provides the following paid leave programs for benefits-eligible employees in their first year of PEMCO employment:
•    Vacation accrues at a rate of 10 days for new hires and increases based on a schedule to a maximum annual accrual of 25 days based on tenure.
•    Granted four (4) floating holidays immediately upon hire.
•    Paid holidays for the eight (8) holidays observed by PEMCO throughout the calendar year.
•    Granted up to ten (10) days of sick leave immediately upon hire (pro-rated based on hire date and full-time/part-time status), which is approximately 28 hours more per year than the Washington state-required accrual.
•    Paid time off for bereavement, jury duty, and employee volunteering in the community.

Other compensation, depending on role, contributions, and performance, may include:
•    Discretionary bonuses.
•    Tiered sales commissions and/or incentives (from 5-25% of employee’s monthly sales).
•    Employee referral bonuses.
•    Shift differential pay.
