Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring a Territory Manager based in the Los Angeles Area to drive sales and expand distribution. You will be responsible for executing distributor goals and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve them. Your role will include analyzing data, pulling reports, and crafting strategic emails to distributors, while ensuring accountability, resolving conflicts, and training distributor teams to meet both short-term and long-term objectives. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain distributor relationships, delivering clear presentations around our brand objectives
- Analyze market data, identify gaps, and communicate strategies
- Drive sales by encouraging distributors to increase shipments and closing sales
- Conduct regular check-ins and hold distributor reps and DMs accountable for goals
- Manage budgets and bill backs
- Plan and execute both short-term and long-term strategies for growth
Requirements
- 1 year experience in Beverage Alcohol Industry (Beer Network preferred)
- Proven sales success & revenue growth
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint & Google Slides)
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving & critical thinking abilities
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Effective communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000 - $80,000
