Job Details

Openly is looking for a Territory Manager, internal title is Agency Success ManagerTo be considered for this role, candidates must be residing in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire.

The ASM’s are responsible for profitable growth, specifically by maximizing sales production and strengthening relationships with new and existing agencies. This critical role operates within the Openly sales organization by collaborating with team members to execute onboarding support and account penetration, enabling rapid adoption of Openly’s product, increasing sales productivity, and maintaining account retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing Openly Agent Partners to enhance and maximize sales results
  • Support existing Openly agent partners with developing marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement strategies and goals to increase new business production.
  • Support Business Development Managers with larger agency appointments
  • Manage assigned territory to drive profitable growth and achieve financial goals
  • Review and analyze territory trends to identify, communicate and act on data
  • Collaborate with other functions at Openly to drive industry-leading agent experience for Openly’s agent partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outstanding sales performance with the ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 2+ years of insurance carrier experience
  • Must reside in CT, MA, or NH
  • Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or the ability to get one within the first three (3) months of employment
  • Established agency network
  • Travel up to 60% in assigned territory based on the business needs
  • Proven organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
  • Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM

Incentive Plans

  • Monthly and quarterly variable incentive plans, in addition to a base salary

Compensation & Benefits: 

The target salary range represents the budgeted salary range for this position.  Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. We are committed to providing a compensation package that not only reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the role, but also the unique expertise that the chosen candidate will bring to our team.

Target Salary Range
$69,840$82,935 USD

The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position.  Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.

Full Salary Range
$65,475$109,125 USD

Depending on position, Employees generally are eligible for cash incentive compensation, including commissions for sales eligible roles. In all cases, eligibility for compensation and benefits is subject to applicable plan and policy terms in effect from time to time.
