What You'll Be Doing: Vagaro is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing new clients within the beauty, wellness, and fitness industries. This is a hybrid field sales opportunity. You must live local to the Los Angeles, CA area. 

Compensation Details:

  • Base Salary: $50K - $70K 
  • Commission Structure: 50/50 Split
  • Annual On Target Earnings (OTE): $100K - $140K

Your Impact:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the LA area, including salons, spas, barbershops, fitness studios, and wellness businesses.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners by understanding their needs and demonstrating Vagaro’s value.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the client’s business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, live demos, and attend networking events within the LA territory.
  • Maintain a structured territory sales plan, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to track and manage all sales activities, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimize sales efforts and customer retention.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Provide insights to the team to help refine sales strategies and product positioning.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years working directly in Field Sales.
  • Experience selling to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) is a plus.
  • Proven success in territory-based or field sales roles.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to drive urgency.
  • Proven success in self-sourcing leads and developing a strong local network.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within the LA area 60% of the time.
