Summary
The Temporary Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will have strong digital/social media advertising and analyzing skills. Must be organized with the ability to coordinate with all levels of employees to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner. This position will work with the Marketing and Executive teams to create, coordinate, and support Leader Bank's online marketing initiatives. All duties are performed in compliance with established bank policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and test digital advertising campaigns; track and analyze the effectiveness, report on results.
  • Increase online presence and drive growth.
  • Update company social media platforms.
  • Review and maintain Loan Officer social media accounts for compliance.
  • Manage digital marketing budget.
  • Maintain websites, create new landing pages, keep all information up to date.
  • Continuously review and analyze website for areas that need improvement in order to increase SEO.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to market the Bank and promote new products and services.
  • Understand and adhere to regulatory guidelines as they relate to the marketing of bank products and services.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years' experience utilizing digital marketing platforms (Facebook ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn ads) and analyzing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work with HTML and ASP.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and complete tasks with deadlines.
  • Works well as part of a team.
