We're seeking a Temporary Senior Account Supervisor, Brand to support a fast-paced automotive marketing program. This short-term role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of automotive enthusiast culture, aftermarket vehicle modifications, and project management. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to develop vehicle modification recommendations, manage documentation, and source recommended parts for purchase.
Responsibilities- Develop thoughtful aftermarket modification recommendations for multiple vehicles based on project objectives and client direction.
- Balance aesthetic and performance modifications while aligning recommendations with brand and program goals.
- Create and maintain organized spreadsheets documenting all recommended modifications.
- Present recommendations to internal teams and clients and incorporate feedback through multiple rounds of revisions.
- Research and identify available aftermarket parts on eBay, providing direct purchase links and backup options for each recommended component.
- Update sourcing documentation if recommended listings become unavailable during the review process.
- Maintain accurate, organized project documentation throughout the engagement.
- Collaborate with account and project teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, brand marketing, automotive consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts, vehicle customization, and enthusiast trends.
- Experience researching automotive products across online marketplaces such as eBay.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong client communication skills and experience incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting automotive media events, enthusiast marketing, or OEM automotive programs.
- Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle categories, including passenger vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, and off-road vehicles.
- Knowledge of reputable aftermarket brands and current modification trends.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
