About the Team:

A powerhouse group of graphic designers, photo editors and copywriters, our Creative team brings Rothy’s to life through rich, relevant storytelling—both visually and in words. As part of the Marketing organization, our Creatives work closely with Digital Commerce, Brand Strategy, PR and more teams to tell our brand story—and to deliver the right message on the right platforms.

About the role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Creative Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions of our Creative team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping projects and timelines running smoothly across multiple workstreams. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, streamline processes and support production needs from pre- to post-production. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and is eager to grow within a dynamic creative organization.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the day-to-day workflow of the Creative team, ensuring projects stay organized and on track

  • Manage weekly agendas, hot lists and creative review meeting updates

  • Maintain and update project timelines and workflows in Wrike

  • Input and track seasonal planning and cross-channel key dates

  • Assist with invoicing and budget tracking

  • Organize and maintain Marketing Google Drive and digital assets

  • Support photoshoot and production logistics, including product sample management and inventory

  • Coordinate sample requests across Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Influencer teams

  • Assist with shot list creation, seasonal assortment overviews and content matrices

  • Provide on-set support including catering and general production needs

  • Track post-production workflows including priority image selects

  • Partner with the design team to assist with overflow work across channels (email, site, paid social, retail)

  • Support mock store walkthrough needs and general creative requests

  • Organize and maintain files across DAM systems (Canto, Dropbox)

  • Ensure proper file management, naming conventions and version control

  • Conduct image quality control and support metadata input

You are:
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • A strong communicator who can collaborate across multiple teams

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines

  • Process-driven, with a passion for improving workflows and efficiency

You have:
  • 1–3 years of experience in creative operations, production, or project coordination

  • Experience working with creative or marketing teams, preferably in retail or DTC

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike (or similar)

  • Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay range:

$32.00 -$39.00 per hour

Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
