About the team

This role sits within the Sales Strategy and Operations Department at Angi. This is a high performing team with responsibility for guiding the various pro-facing Sales teams across Angi, as well as pro- and homeowner-facing Care teams. 

This position will be remote and require candidates to work up to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role ranges between $28-$33/hour.

What you’ll do

  • Manage payout calculations for assigned commissioned roles.
  • Support calculations for additional roles as required.
  • Learn and understand the most common reasons for commission disputes and exceptions.
  • Independently resolve common dispute ticket types with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist with the migration to a new compensation tool, including parallel testing, documentation gathering, and other implementation activities.

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, or sales strategy.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, logical formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
