As an Owner Team Executive within our Direct Inside Sales team, you’ll add your strong customer service and sales skills to our world-class team, supporting our unique Spirit of Service culture as you:

  • Contact existing, qualified vacation club owners (warm leads) via telephone calls (no outside, in-person sales)
  • Help club owners build portfolios via purchase and usage of additional Ownership points
  • Make purchase recommendations for additional Ownership points with the support of a detailed, outlined sales process
  • Generate maximum net sales volume while serving as the professional and ethical “voice of the company” to customers

  • Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
  • Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays
  • Possess sales experience
  • Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
  • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, GA, TN, MI, NV, MO, NC, NS, TX, VA, WI)
