Psychiatrist -P/T


MindCare Solutions, is a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions in various settings: clinician owned and operated. We are seeking a P/T Telehealth Psychiatrist to manage the operation and provides overall direction and leadership for the provision of the mental health services in the facility.


Compensation: up to $190/hour (1099)

Location: Coal Township, PA

Schedule: P/T - 10 hours/week with one HOUR a month onsite.


Position Summary:

  • Forensic/restoration to competency for justice involved individuals
  • Complete psychiatric evaluations upon admission and as clinically indicated.
  • Monitor and manage psychiatric medications, including adjusting medications to support stabilization and competency restoration.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to psychiatric symptoms, violence, and elopement.
  • Document all psychiatric contacts, treatment decisions, and progress toward competency restoration in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Psychiatry.
  • Valid PA medical license.
