Opportunity Overview

PartsBase is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, partner with engineering teams, and drive successful software delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong analysis, SQL, Agile, and stakeholder management expertise with bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder discovery sessions.

  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical documentation.

  • Perform impact analysis and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

  • Use SQL and data analysis to validate requirements and support decision-making.

  • Define integrations, APIs, data mappings, and reporting requirements.

  • Support UAT, release readiness, and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst experience.

  • Advanced SQL and data analysis expertise.

  • Strong Agile/Scrum and software delivery experience.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management platforms.

  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, process modeling, and business analysis methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Aviation, SaaS, Marketplace, Power BI, or AI experience is a plus.
