About Hightouch

Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance.

Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others.

Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales pipeline, cross-functional strategy, and enablement for Databricks (DBX). You’ll lead the end-to-end strategy across product, marketing, and sales motions with your partner, but your north star is simple: revenue sourced via the partner ecosystem. This requires high levels of agency, hunger, and creative strategies to influence external stakeholders in Hightouch's favor.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Tech Partnerships and collaborate with our founders and execs. This is an ideal role for someone who has already owned a similar partner sales motion at a high-growth SaaS company.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full strategy and execution for driving sourced revenue from DBX
  • Build relationships with external sales, product, and marketing leaders
  • Build co-sell pipeline through outbound campaigns, joint GTM, and executive alignment
  • Run enablement and field programs to activate partner sellers
  • Coordinate joint field events and travel for in-person collaboration (up to 30%)
What We’re Looking For
  • You've built a successful partner sales motion with DBX in a previous role
  • Proven success in outbound sales or revenue-driving partner roles
  • Experience working with GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ISVs
  • High hunger, curiosity, ownership, and strong cross-functional communication
  • Deep interest in composable CDP

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$250,000 OTE USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
