Leidos External Technology team, part of Leidos Office of Technology Tech Integration, seeks a Technology Partnership Analyst. Our mission is to provide strategic advantage for Leidos and its customers through the design, development, and transition of differentiated technology-centric partnerships. This position reports to the Director of External Technology Partnerships and is ideal for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who is passionate about enabling innovation in technology through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support partnership coordination efforts, including meeting scheduling, agenda setting, and follow-up tracking with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize internal documentation, contact databases, partner status trackers, and shared drives.
- Assist in preparing briefing materials, tracking partnership efforts, and partnership-related presentations.
- Coordinate across internal teams—including Sector Stakeholders, Legal, Contracts, Finance, Tech Transition, and Supply Chain—to gather needed inputs and move partnership activities forward.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and administrative requirements for new and ongoing partner engagements.
- Help draft communications and summaries related to partner collaboration outcomes and progress.
- Attend internal & external working and planning meetings and support meeting logistics and documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience in a project coordinator, business support, or operations role. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills. The ability to track multiple efforts simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive-level reporting and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across diverse internal and external teams.
- Highly interested in technology, innovation, and partnership collaboration.
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technology teams, partnerships, and legal.
- Experience with project management tracking tools (Asana).
- Familiarity with working in large organizations or matrixed environments.
- Exposure to contracts, intellectual property basics, or teaming agreements is a plus.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
