Position Summary

The Technology Partner Program Manager is responsible for managing, scaling, and operating F5’s ADSP Partner Program in support of our growing ecosystem of technology companies. This role owns the framework, processes, and execution model that enable partners to successfully build, integrate, and go to market with F5’s Application Delivery and Security Platform (ADSP).

The Program Manager works cross-functionally to align the partner program with F5’s strategic priorities and drive measurable business outcomes for F5, our partners, and customers. Success in this role demands operational excellence, attention to detail, and technical fluency to coordinate multiple partners and internal stakeholders effectively within a dynamic, results-driven environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

Operationalize and Scale the Partner Program:

  • Operate and evolve the ADSP Partner Program to drive partner adoption of F5’s Application Delivery and Security Platform (ADSP).
  • Establish and refine scalable frameworks, processes, and tools, using automation and workflows, to optimize partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management.
     

Partner Enablement and Experience:

  • Develop enablement tools, documentation, and training to empower partners to independently execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage partner-facing platforms and self-service tools, incorporating feedback to improve experience.
     

Metrics and Program Performance:

  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure program success and partner performance.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership with insights, risks, and recommendations.
     

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to align program execution with business objectives.
  • Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams.
     
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience designing and operating scalable partner or alliance programs.
  • Strong program management, operational rigor, and process optimization skills.
  • Experience with partner enablement strategies, self-service models, and go-to-market collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and use data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, partner portals, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 30%).
     
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, including software, infrastructure, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in program operations, partner enablement, or alliance management.
  • Experience collaborating with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Systems Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), or other technology alliance partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) strongly preferred.

The annual base pay for this position is: $132,480.00 - $198,720.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
