The Amplify Supply Chain team is looking for an experienced Technology Management Analyst. This role is responsible for driving improvements in the processes and existing technologies that support the team. This role works closely with IT and Supply Chain Business partners to research and fix system issues, collect requirements, document user stories, prioritize and handle the backlog, document test scripts, implement user acceptance testing and communicate system updates to the team. This person will collaborate with high stakes contributors and subject matter authorities, partnering with technical resources to define project scope and produce project artifacts. Works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality project outcomes that are delivered on time and on budget to support strategic business goals.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide product support, track critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with technical resources and business users to resolve issues

  • Identify effective business solutions for NetSuite ERP, Salesforce and other business software systems

  • Act as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting technology stack

  • Document business process and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and other project artifacts; partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions

  • Partner with business key partners and IT system administrators to prioritize and handle the backlog

  • Document detailed test scripts, manage and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Communicate status updates to business leadership and stakeholders

  • Facilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 2+ years Business Analyst and/or Technology Management experience

  • Prior experience with ERP systems or Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the education technology field

  • Experience leading software development or process improvement projects for internal and external clients

  • Certification in a related process (PMP, Lean Sigma Six, Agile Scrum-master, ITIL 3 or 4)

  • Experience with Netsuite preferred

  • Expertise with technologies and tools such as MS Project, Google apps, Trello, etc. required to effectively lead projects and provide clear and concise communications to teams and key partners


What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
