This program is tailored for recent graduates passionate about technology and looking to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
Our Graduate Technology Programme is a dynamic 2-year journey designed to kickstart your career in tech through hands-on experience, continuous learning, and exposure to different areas of the business. Over the course of the program, you’ll complete four 6-month rotations across a variety of technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in development projects under the guidance of senior developers and project managers.
- Assist in coding, testing, and deploying application components and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities for technical issues.
- Contribute to documentation and user guides for internal tools and systems.
We believe in fostering talent and providing our graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the tech industry.
- Recent graduate or final year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
