The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead to oversee complex end‑to‑end solution delivery for our financial services clients. You’ll work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and business value at every stage of the delivery lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of technology solutions across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders

  • Oversee project governance, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying delivery risks and opportunities for innovation

  • Facilitate agile delivery practices while driving continuous improvement across the team

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading complex technology programmes in financial services environments

  • Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and SAFe

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams toward successful outcomes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

  • Expertise in managing risks, dependencies, and change at an enterprise level

  • Previous consultancy or client‑facing delivery experience

  • Experience with cloud migrations or enterprise architecture transformations

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance drivers within financial services

  • Hands‑on familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

  • Certification in Agile or Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe)
