This role is to act as the bridge between Technology teams and Finance, aligning on the business roadmap for machine learning deliverables and ensuring delivery of strategic initiatives. The role will have the opportunity to support programs and governance as part of the PMO team. Manage vendor negotiations when external resources are required.

Major accountabilities: 

  • Act as primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment on the product line roadmap.

  • Translate business needs into clear technology requirements and ensure they are prioritized and delivered within agreed timelines.

  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture requirements, resolve issues, and manage expectations across global stakeholders.

  • Provide strategic advice to Finance leaders on digital opportunities that support business objectives.

  • Contribute to program and project governance by supporting planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely reporting.

  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed to avoid impact on delivery.

  • Ensure financial compliance and adherence to internal controls throughout program execution.

  • Support portfolio-level oversight, enabling transparency on delivery progress to senior leadership.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers engaged on
    Finance initiatives.

  • Negotiate vendor rates and contracts, ensuring best value for external resources.

  • Track performance of vendors against agreed service levels and escalate gaps where necessary

 

Key performance indicators:

  • 90% of business requirements delivered on time against agreed timeline

  • Alignment of Finance-IT roadmap with execution milestones achieved (e.g., quarterly/yearly roadmap commitments met)

 

Minimum Requirements: 
  Experience:

  • University degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field (mandatory)

  • 5–7 years in IT/Finance transformation, PMO, or business partner roles

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders

  • Technology literacy with exposure to AI, data, and digital finance solutions

  • Knowledge of project governance and financial compliance

  • Vendor negotiation and contract management experience

  • Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL) – nice to have

  • Specialized AI/Data knowledge – nice to have

 Skills:

  • Proactive and solution-oriented

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to influence and build relationships at senior levels

  • Effective Communication.

  • Finance Management.

  • English.
