Emburse is seeking a contract technical writer to create high-quality product documentation for our core SaaS offerings in Expense Management and Vendor Invoice Processing. This content will enable Presales Solutions Consultants (SCs) and support customer-facing teams in delivering value-based sales motions. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Presales, and Product Marketing

What you will do :

  • Develop structured documentation in PDF and slide formats for:
  • -> Expense Reimbursements

    -> Invoice Automation

  • Translate complex technical functionality into clear, SC-consumable content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across SC, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Adhere to existing brand, voice, and formatting guidelines
  • Create reusable modules for potential future onboarding and sales use

What we are looking for :

  • 5+ years as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS environment (preferably finance, travel, or ERP domains)
  • Portfolio of work that includes customer-facing technical guides or SC enablement collateral
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Docs/Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Confluence (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision
  • Familiarity with Highspot or similar sales enablement tools is a plus
