We’re looking for someone to play a key part in an exciting project – helping us move users from our current analytics platform (GRADE) to a brand-new data platform. You’ll work closely with the User Migration Lead and teams across the organization to make sure the transition runs smoothly and successfully.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy solving technical challenges, collaborating with people, and want to have a real impact on a large-scale transformation project.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical support throughout the user migration process
- Partner with the User Migration Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition
- Document current and future processes and visualize changes
- Troubleshoot issues with data access, platform tools, and user setup
- Contribute to risk tracking and progress reporting
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES TO GET THE JOB DONE
- 5+ years of experience in IT applications management
- Understanding of user access management
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong Unix experience
- Knowledge of Python and Spark
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams to achieve goals
- Clear communication and presentation skills (PPT, Visio, Word, etc.)
- Team player with experience in global environments
- Fluent in English
