We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help customers resolve technical issues while using our health services platform.

This role is suitable for both Junior and Middle-level candidates, depending on experience. You will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and other communication channels.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform.

  • Investigate reported problems and identify possible causes.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to development or engineering teams.

  • Document support requests, solutions, and recurring issues.

  • Assist customers with platform functionality and basic troubleshooting.

  • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.

  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and recurring issues.

  • Contribute to internal support documentation and knowledge bases.

RequirementsJunior Level
  • 1+ year of experience in technical support, IT support, customer support, or a related role.

  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.

  • Comfortable working with web-based platforms and business software.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple way.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good English communication skills.

Middle Level
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting SaaS or web-based applications.

  • Ability to investigate technical issues and work with engineering teams on resolution.

  • Familiarity with APIs, logs, databases, or basic SQL is a plus.

  • Experience working with ticketing and support platforms.

  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, or similar.

  • Basic knowledge of APIs and Postman.

  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.

  • Experience supporting SaaS, healthcare, or technology products.

  • Understanding of data privacy and security principles.

Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
