Elation’s Solutions Associate is both highly technical and a skilled relationship builder. They are comfortable discussing integration and data needs with a customer CEO and sketching out an API flow on a whiteboard. Elation’s Solutions Associate is responsible for delivering technical wins and product fit with customer accounts. They build customer trust in Elation solutions, which results in customer success during the implementation. The Solutions Associate leads the technical customer and/or vendor relationship, advises on technical architectures, demonstrates how the platform and product work together, navigates data transformation, anticipates concerns, and offers creative solutions.
Role and Responsibilities- Serve as internal and external subject matter experts on the capabilities of Elation’s Developer platform to support customers’ success including: RESTful APIs, webhooks and datawarehouse access and querying
- Assist creation of technical workflow and sequence diagrams as reference for customers integrations and common use cases
- Identify best practices for Elation’s Developer package to improve self-service capabilities and the overall implementation experience
- Advise or create custom queries and reports for our customers leveraging the hosted database
- Assist with data imports and uploads into the EHR
- Act as a conduit to suggest improvement on all parts of the platform
- Work cross-functionally with an agile team including Product, Development, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions to successfully support our customers
- 2+ years relevant professional experience supporting the growth of a software platform
- Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience with python, java, C# or other popular server side languages
- Experience building with RESTful APIs
- Experience with SQL queries including basic JOINs and subqueries
- Ability to communicate complex technical principles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on, high-energy, passionate and creative problem solver with know how to get things done and ability to lead others to success
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the US healthcare industry and common technologies used is a plus
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 USD
